Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING & HANDLING      KING ENGRAVING ORDERS CANNOT BE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY.  Items hand-crafted and custom engraved are done at the time of order and after payment has been received.  Every effort will be made to complete and ship your order as quickly as possible.  Please allow time to complete, package and ship your item.  It will take typically as little as 5 days but can take longer depending on the complexity of the order.  Delays may occur during busy holiday seasons.  If you have questions about delivery, or need your order completed before a certain date, please contact info@kingengraving.com prior to placing your order.

RETURN POLICY     You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  King Engraving will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).  Custom orders, or orders that have been personalized are not returnable and non-refundable.  If an order was not to your specifications, we will make every effort to correct the concern to your satisfaction.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for King Engraving to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your return once it is received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. You will be notified via e-mail of your refund once King Engraving has received and processed the returned item.
